I had a very positive experience at the hair laser removal therapy clinic. From my first appointment, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and took the time to explain the treatment process clearly, including what to expect before, during and after each session. I appreciated that the therapist listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They made sure I understood the treatment and aftercare instructions, which helped me feel confident and relaxed throughout the process.

Everything was smooth and efficient and my doctor was incredibly friendly and professional. The appointment was quick and smooth and he was incredibly smooth with the needles - I didn’t feel a thing. The woman who helped me at the end of my appointment was also fantastic. I only had cash as I’m waiting on new bank cards to arrive as mine were recently stolen. So she suggested that she could go up to the Cresent help desk to get a Cresent voucher to pay for my appointment. So incredible helpful and I was extremely grateful. Very helpful also to have weekend availability and the Cresent makes it super easy to get to in terms of driving (I live in Clare) and parking too!

I've been going to Lucy in Therapie, and she's honestly been amazing every single time. She's so friendly, chatty, and just has a lovely way about her that immediately puts you at ease. She's always professional, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience really comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a good experience. I always look forward to my appointments because she's such a positive, bubbly and genuinely funny person! I couldn't recommend Lucy enough. She's an absolute credit to Therapie. Thank you for always being so lovely!

From start to finish my experience was fabulous. Megan and another very pleasant lady (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately) greeted me at the reception area. I can’t rate the staff in Therapie The Crescent highly enough, they are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The doctor that treated me was fabulous also. He was super friendly and chatted away to me the entire time, during my visit. Megan then provided me with all the information I needed regarding another treatment following my treatment and we had a lovely chat also.
