I had a disappointing experience at another Thérapie Clinic branch, so I was a little nervous about continuing my laser hair removal treatments. Thankfully, the Portlaoise branch completely changed my experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. They really took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. A special thank you to Jessica, for over all amazing service. She was incredibly professional and kind. She listened carefully to everything I had to say, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her care and attention to detail really stood out, and I left feeling much more confident about continuing my treatments. I can't thank the Portlaoise team enough for restoring my confidence after my previous experience.
