Sana is an excellent aesthetics doctor. I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and from my very first appointment I have always felt completely comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for. What I particularly appreciate is that she takes the time to understand my skin and what I’m hoping to achieve, rather than simply recommending treatments for the sake of it. She has guided me through different skincare options and treatments, explaining everything clearly and helping me make choices that feel right for me. I completely trust her knowledge, experience and judgement, and I always feel that her advice comes from a place of genuinely wanting the best outcome for me. Beyond her expertise, she is just such a lovely person. Every time I arrive, she greets me like a friend. She is warm, empathetic, chatty and incredibly easy to talk to, which makes such a difference — particularly during some of the more uncomfortable treatments! I’ve had Potenza with her, and she somehow manages to keep me chatting and distracted throughout, while constantly checking that I’m okay. There’s a real combination of professionalism and personal care in the way she works. I never feel rushed, I always feel supported, and I know I’m in very capable hands. Finding someone you can trust with your skin and face is so important, and I feel very lucky to have found her. She is exceptional at what she does and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I went in for my 10th and last treatment of my laser hair removal package for bikini, underarms, and lower leg. Chloe was so thorough and professional! She gave me advice on whether I should purchase extra sessions for maintenance, and even consulted with me about doing a skincare analysis and microneedling for my acne scars and for overall skin improvement. So much love and appreciation to the girls at the South William clinic and they are by far my most preferred, out of all the other Therapie locations I've tried in the Dublin area. The girls are friendly, knowledgeable, and so professional, and I never feel dumb about asking questions. Sending love to the South William team for helping me with my laser journey <3

The Clinic is conveniently located, the staff are pleasant and professional and the interior is stylish and spotless. The therapist, Molly, to whom I was assigned, was very professional and put me at my ease. The app is very handy for booknig treatments on my schedule.

It's been a few years since I was at a different Therapie clinic, for several reasons. My experience at South William Street would be hard to beat. Michelle looked after the reservation process from the start and took the time to explain the new subscription option clearly, which made the whole booking feel easy and personal. Dr Sana was excellent - she talked me through my treatment options thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease and confident in her expertise. The girls at the front desk couldn't have been nicer throughout. It's only been three days but I can already start to see results I'm happy with, and I'll be back.

I would highly recommend Therapie Clinic. Dr Ruaa is a wonderful person and highly skilled. Her attention to detail in order to achieve the optimum results are excellent. You come away feeling on top of the world. The staff are all very friendly and always eager to help.
