All the staff at Thérapie Braehead are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Heather in particular is first class and makes you feel at ease. I have been going there for laser hair removal for a couple of years now and I am happy with the results, esp on my face. I have had my beard lasered which had rectified a persistent skin complaint I had for years from shaving. Would defo recommend this to other men who have similar issues.

I had Laura A. for my laser hair removal appointment, and I would definitely recommend her. I was so nervous and embarrassed beforehand, but she made me feel much more comfortable. She was so kind, reassuring, and professional throughout the appointment. Getting an intimate area treated can feel quite daunting, but Laura made me feel more relaxed. Staff is very friendly and make sure you understand the whole process. During the procedure the technician is very careful always making sure I’m ok and reinforce a few post treatment steps that we need to follow (but we have it in the email too, so we can refer to it after each session)

Got the chance to visit their Braehead branch, and I was really impressed with the service. *Somayeh* was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. She explained every step clearly and carried out her work in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service — highly recommended!

Easy process start to finish. Friendly staff that help you feel comfortable and confident you're in good hands. Premises are nice and clean, location is convenient and there's free parking as part of the centre... What more could you ask for? :)
