Today I had my first microneedling session with Maira Shah, and I wanted to share my experience with anyone who may be considering this treatment. I purchased a full course of six sessions, with my next appointment scheduled in four weeks. I have some long-standing acne scars on my face, so my main goal is to improve the overall texture and appearance of my skin. I’m really looking forward to seeing how my skin progresses throughout the course. From the moment I arrived, Maira was exceptionally professional, welcoming and reassuring. I was slightly nervous before the treatment, but she took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions and make sure I felt completely comfortable before starting. Her calm and friendly approach immediately put me at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly comfortable. I experienced no pain during the procedure, and Maira regularly checked that I was comfortable throughout. She also gave me detailed aftercare advice and clearly explained what I should and shouldn’t do following the treatment. A few hours after the session, my skin is still slightly red, which is expected after microneedling, but I have experienced absolutely no pain, burning or significant discomfort. I also purchased three skincare products directly from the clinic — a cleanser, serum and day cream — to use as part of my aftercare routine. As soon as I arrived home, I applied the serum as recommended, and my skin felt noticeably calmer and more comfortable shortly afterwards. Overall, my first experience has been excellent. I felt that I was in professional and caring hands throughout the entire appointment. I’m very pleased that I chose the full course of six sessions, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my next treatment in four weeks. Of course, it is still too early to comment on the final results after just one session, particularly for older acne scars, but I plan to continue sharing my experience and progress as I complete the remaining sessions. Based on my experience today, I would happily recommend Maira Shah to anyone considering microneedling and looking for a professional, reassuring and comfortable experience.

Great experience, great service, great quality! I am terrible with names, but the medical director who did my fillers was extremely professional with a very personable bedside manner which I really appreciated. Even when I came out and had questions about some other procedures, the other girls were extremely happy to help me and basically gave me a mini consult to explain things to me. I cannot fault their level of customer service – it is second to none.Very happy customer, thank you!
