She is absolutely exceptional at what she does: incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing the best possible experience and results. From the moment I walk in, she always makes me feel so welcome, comfortable, and at ease. What I appreciate most is how much she listens to my expectations and takes the time to understand my needs. At every appointment, she checks in on my previous results, asks how everything has been progressing, and makes sure to identify any areas that may need extra attention or a little more focus. She is also extremely thorough and reassuring throughout every treatment. She explains each step clearly, particularly when adjusting the laser settings, whether increasing or decreasing the intensity depending on the area being treated. She is always mindful of my comfort and pain tolerance, making sure the settings are appropriate while still aiming for the best possible results. I really appreciate how she communicates throughout the entire process and never makes me feel rushed. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients' experience and satisfaction. Her professionalism, attention to detail, consistency, and lovely personality make every appointment such a positive experience. I had a skin enzyme peel facial with Deima and it was truly such a good experience. She was so friendly and professional, just the way she cleansed my face and applied products was so soothing and relaxing. She also gave me great skincare advice and made me feel very confident when I left my appointment. Also I’ve been having such amazing results from the peel treatments themselves for my acne and overall texture that I’ve not been able to get with over the counter products. Would highly reccomend

This was my second visit for laser hair removal, I came here before for just my armpits, and I had done both bikini and armpits this time. Completely painless I was really happy with how the treatment went and Giulia was really professional and reassuring (I was quite a nervous person with laser at first because I had one session done 16 years ago with different technology so I thought it’d hurt - but to my awe it’s pretty much painless these days). Would definitely recommend this clinic and I’ll sure be back :)
