This is the best clinic I’ve visited. From stepping in the door, I was greeted very warmly and had a great chat with the ladies at the front desk. Despite being very early for my appointment- they even managed to squeeze me in earlier as the person before me cancelled. Dr SreeLalitha was very professional, friendly and knew her stuff. I felt well informed and taken care of throughout my treatment. 10 out of 10 - no notes and I’ll be back soon.

I've been waxing for more than 10 years, but earlier this year decided to try laser hair removal, as waxing was getting very expensive, and it was the best decision I've ever made. Yes, you have to pay for the whole package of treatments upfront, but it worked out nearly half the price of the same waxing treatments and now when I go it feels free (that's good girl maths 🤣). This was my 4th visit and from the consultation, patch test and at every treatmemt staff have been fantastic. Friendly and chatty when waiting in reception and contiunally checking during the treatment if everything is ok and following up after with advice on after care. There really isn't any pain, I've found there's a bit of a tingling sensation along the shins and a faint smell of burning hair, that's all! I've already seen a difference in the amount of hair regrowth, it's patchy and grows much slower. If you're worried about it, don't be, just get it booked!

I had a lovely visit today (29/07/2026). I was running slightly late, but when I arrived the team immediately reassured me and I was seen straight away, which I really appreciated. Prab was professional, thorough, and efficient, but what stood out most was how kind and approachable she was. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and took the time to explain everything clearly. The room was cool, clean and comfortable. I would happily recommend this service to anyone. A genuine 10/10 experience!

Was very apprehensive at first having full body laser hair removal treatment for the first time but the staff assisted me well and made me feel at ease from the beginning.
