Everyone was very welcoming and reassuring - it being my first time i didnt know what to expect but it was actually quite simple and painless. I was most surprised at how quickly it went and was over far sooner than I'd anticipated.

The treatment itself was so much more comfortable than I expected – it feels like a quick warm flick, nothing painful at all, and the cooling system they use makes it really easy to sit through. They checked on me constantly throughout, adjusted settings whenever I needed, and gave me really clear, simple aftercare advice to follow at home. I’ve already noticed such a big difference after just a few sessions – hair is growing back so much finer, lighter and slower, and some areas have stopped growing altogether. Everyone I’ve met has been so kind, professional and respectful, and they never rush you at any point. I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of getting laser done – worth every single penny!
