I have been client of Therapie for many many years, and went though different therapies clinic locations, but Ealing Broadway has been my go to location the past 2 years. And I decided today to spare a review for Chanel, who assisted me today. She has delivered amazing customer service with professionalism and kindness. She has not just done her job very well, but made me leave with a big smile. Kudos to her!

This was a top up laser treatment on the upper lip and bikini. Overall, I am really pleased with the reduction in hair . Today, I had a different therapist, Maria. As with all of the staff at the clinic, she was very professional, efficient and friendly. Her work was very thorough and she checked I was comfortable with the strength of the laser. Very happy to recommend!

Had such a lovely experience with Bona! I came in for a Hydrafacial and she was absolutely amazing. Her service, professionalism, and attitude were genuinely 10/10. She was so friendly, welcoming, and just a really lovely person overall. Would definitely recommend Bona and will be coming back!

I honestly can’t recommend Meheneet enough. I’ve been having laser treatment since 2023, and if I’m being completely honest, I wasn’t seeing anywhere near the results I was hoping for. Since starting with her in April, the difference has been insane. I’m finally seeing real progress and results that I just wasn’t getting before. She takes so much time during every appointment to properly go through everything with me, including each individual body area, and she’s incredibly patient. I never feel rushed through a consultation or like I’m just another appointment. She actually takes the time to understand what’s going on and makes sure everything is done properly. She’s also just the sweetest person to have a treatment with. Laser can obviously be uncomfortable at times, but she makes the whole experience so much easier. She’s so easy to talk to and genuinely so lovely that the sessions honestly feel like they fly by. I actually travel to Ealing specifically for my appointments with her, even though it isn’t my local clinic. If you’re looking at this clinic and you have the option to choose your therapist, I would 100% recommend choosing her. The results I’ve had since going to her have been amazing, and I genuinely wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now. Couldn’t recommend her enough! ❤️

Meheneet & Rayan - the first time I genuinely felt listened to. I’ve had several laser sessions and, although I’d previously said I was okay but had expected better results, I never felt like my concerns were really being heard. This time was different. Rayan actually listened, took the time to chat through my concerns and introduced me to Meheneet, who was fantastic. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable and I genuinely felt looked after and she has booked me in for a review, which I really appreciated. The ladies were brilliant — thank you both! ❤️

I had my 3rd underarm & bikini session, and Baya did an amazing job. I really want to appreciate and thank her for the excellent service. She carefully marked the areas, made sure the skin was properly stretched, and covered every bit of the treatment area with great attention to detail. I could genuinely see the difference in the way she carried out the session. I’ve had my previous sessions done by others, but I honestly never received this level of care and attention before. Baya was thorough, professional.

Professional and clean environment, thanks to Bona I felt comfortable and her service exceeded my expectations, I’d definitely recommend it!
