East Ham

I had a great experience. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were super friends and welcoming. My therapist, Jamila, was absolutely amazing. She was kind and supportive, and she went through each step clearly explaining what was happening and what she was doing. She answered my questions with ease. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend.

All the staff I have met at East Ham have provided great customer service. They have always been very understanding and accommodating. Sedi did my third laser hair removal treatment. She made me feel comfortable and was very patient. I would like to give a big compliment to the branch manager Asma. I am neurodivergent and I experienced emotional dysregulation after turning up late for my appointment. For someone that I’m not sure is even trained to deal with those kind of emotions she was superb! She was so comforting and immediately turned an extremely challenging experience into a positive one. She’s so kind and accommodating. Asma really is an asset to the team and I hope she goes far with the company. I hope my feedback is recognised.

Had a good time with Jessica who explained the package quite well and looking forward to starting my therapie journey

Very professional, completed quickly and they helped me with all the questions i had! highly recommended.

I had my full body and full face laser done, Asma was my therapist. Asma was a very friendly lovely lady who made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

Welcoming environment, affordable and experienced staff !

First time at the East Ham branch and must say the customer service here and my the therapist who did my treatment (Asma) were outstanding. She was so lovely and explained everything as she went on with the treatment. Her service was excellent.

Really lovely experience at Thérapie Clinic. Jessica was fantastic during my consultation. She was so professional, explained everything clearly and helped me book an appointment on a day that suited me. I had my first session yesterday, and the lady who did my treatment was also equally fantastic. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab and was so caring and professional throughout. I genuinely really enjoyed my experience at this branch. Wishing the whole team all the best, and I hope you guys go really far!

I had my 2nd session of laser treatment with Sedi yesterday, 15th September, and had a lovely experience. She was very welcoming, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She also recommended another treatment package that I’m now looking into. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sedi and the Eastham Branch ✨
