Really lovely experience at Thérapie Clinic. Jessica was fantastic during my consultation. She was so professional, explained everything clearly and helped me book an appointment on a day that suited me. I had my first session yesterday, and the lady who did my treatment was also equally fantastic. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab and was so caring and professional throughout. I genuinely really enjoyed my experience at this branch. Wishing the whole team all the best, and I hope you guys go really far!

I had my 2nd session of laser treatment with Sedi yesterday, 15th September, and had a lovely experience. She was very welcoming, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She also recommended another treatment package that I’m now looking into. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sedi and the Eastham Branch ✨

Really friendly and welcoming staff, my best clinic yet!! Aasma is very experienced at what she does and really puts you at ease all the while being attentive, skilled and giving helpful advice. Would definitely recommend this branch if you’re local to the area :)

Normally, it's all good at the East Ham branch. This time, I had to wait and no one apologised for the delay. The therapist was not very friendly, and she clearly didn't bother to check details and just made assumptions. She was even doing full legs, whilst I booked lower legs only. And I am not satisfied with the session.

I had my initial consultation and came out with 2 skincare treatment subcriptions, along with a few products. Due in large part to the helpful information I received from Dayani. Would definitely recommend this branch based on the excellent customer service!

They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and made my wife feel comfortable and confident about starting her laser treatment.
