Edinburgh St James

Jenna is amazing! Talks through the procedure to let me know what she was doing. Very calming.

I visited this clinic yesterday for Botox and couldn't be happier with the experience. The clinic itself is welcoming and spotless, but it's the staff who really make it stand out. They are incredibly kind and put me completely at ease, making the whole process feel so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Dr Harris is excellent, he understands anatomy so we'll and can adapt his Botox technique to achieve the desired results - it's like he's using Photoshop 😊 Happy with the results every time.

Amazing service. Professional and courteous. Olivia was very attentive to my needs

I had a fantastic experience with Kate, Stephanie and the team in Edinburgh. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. They immediately put me at ease and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. The salon itself was spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I really appreciated the time they took to listen, answer my questions and provide lots of helpful advice and options for me to consider, without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The team's expertise and genuine care for their clients really stood out, and I left feeling confident and well informed. I can't wait to go back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional yet relaxed salon experience. Thank you all for such a wonderful visit! 😊

I got Botox and was treated by an actual doctor which was so reassuring; she was very knowledgeable and took her time with me. I had no redness or bumps after my treatment, which I have experienced with less skilled or rushed injectors in the past. I was very happy and would love to return to her again (I hope she does more sessions here as it sounds like she does them very infrequently!). I was also greeted straight away this time and didn’t have to wait in the lobby for an employee, unlike last time. I think it all comes down to getting the right injector at this place. Booking is easy and the subscription plan actually works out to be incredibly affordable comparative to other places in town. I’m overall happy and will continue coming here, but probably opting for the more experienced injectors :)

The girls that have done my laser appointments have always been lovely. They always accommodate me and try and find an appointment for me. Always great customer service when I’m in the clinic.

I’m honestly shocked by the results! I’ve had laser hair removal done at other places before, but I never really saw the results I was hoping for. After just a few sessions with Magdalena, I can already see such a huge difference! The results are becoming visible so quickly, and the treatment is clearly making a real difference. Magdalena is professional, lovely, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m so happy I decided to give it another try with her - I only wish I had found her sooner! Highly recommend! ❤️

Justyna was very professional and the reception team are always great here too
