EPSOM BRANCH Before my appointment did called in branch running late when i reach one of the staffs member refused my 1 treatment as they are so busy and because i was running late. When i said can you book my another appointment any time i will come back and she told me we don’t have anything so unfortunately we cannot do for you. And when i said to her can check your system and she said i am not laying and i said if you not laying then show me your today schedule and after 3 she gave me appointment. 1st she refused to rebook We paid before that’s why they are refusing to rebooked. 3 of the staff members was there in group no one said can help to customers or can feet somewhere.

Amber is absolutely amazing, every woman’s ideal Laser Technician - I cannot sing her praises enough. She manages to be the perfect combination of kind, funny, and considerate whilst also being incredibly efficient and professional. It can be daunting being in such a personal space with someone, but her lovely nature put me at ease immediately. I hope Thérapie really value such a fabulous member of their team.
