From the smiley informative welcome at reception to the friendly welcome from Elizabeth (therapist) my experience was 10/10! Elizabeth was so thorough in her pre treatment examination and post treatment aftercare.. Both were extremely professional yet with an approachable and friendly attitude I found the areas covered to be most knowledgeable and when it came to the injections, they were mostly painless and I haven’t been left with any bruising which is a first (I’ve bruised quite badly in the past) Elizabeth is an asset to the company and I look forward to seeing the results unfold over the next 2 weeks.. I would highly recommend her and the clinic!

EPSOM BRANCH Before my appointment did called in branch running late when i reach one of the staffs member refused my 1 treatment as they are so busy and because i was running late. When i said can you book my another appointment any time i will come back and she told me we don’t have anything so unfortunately we cannot do for you. And when i said to her can check your system and she said i am not laying and i said if you not laying then show me your today schedule and after 3 she gave me appointment. 1st she refused to rebook We paid before that’s why they are refusing to rebooked. 3 of the staff members was there in group no one said can help to customers or can feet somewhere.
