Offer a good wide range of treatments and their staff are fully knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. Would highly recommend to anyone. Millie and Hannah both are lovely, making you feel at ease and very knowledgeable

I originally booked an appointment to visit the store to discuss my tattoo and its removal. The appointment was incredibly informative and reassuring, and I was given so much helpful information and guidance that it didn’t take me long to make the decision to start my tattoo removal journey. While I was there, I was also introduced to their laser hair removal treatment. After putting it off for years, I finally decided to go for it and booked my first session. Only a few weeks after my initial consultation, I had my first laser hair removal session today. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk and kept informed about a slight delay, which I was completely fine with. I then had my first session with Amarni, who was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely informative and, as someone who is bilingual, I really appreciated how clearly and patiently she explained everything to me. Throughout the whole treatment, she talked me through each step and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I honestly can’t believe I put this off for so many years because I was scared of the treatment and the machine. The machine they use was amazing, and the pain was almost non-existent! I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable the whole experience was. I’m now even more excited for my first tattoo removal session. Hopefully, by next summer, I’ll be wearing shorts and skirts without worrying about my legs and how they look because of my keratosis pilaris. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Amarni, for making my first experience so comfortable and reassuring. I’m really looking forward to continuing my journey!

I have had laser hair removal, microneedling and hydrafacial services with Bethany and Amarni mostly and they were extremely gentle with me. I am a black woman and they understood my skin type instantly, and proceeded to provide excellent services that are actually working. I feel confident in my skin, hyperpigmentation is a bygone stress and well as the body hairs. The place is ambient and serene too. Highly recommend the services to everyone who needs to regain their confidence and self esteem.

The treatment was so good and well handled. I felt so comfortable and the girls here at this clinic are the nicest and prettiest. Im definitely booking another session very soon.
