Great customer service and a special thank you to Melissa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been attending Thérapie Clinic since last year for laser hair removal on my legs and bikini area, and overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with the clinic and its staff. I recently had my 7th laser session on my legs with Melissa, and I really want to highlight how lovely and professional she is. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and greets you with a smile. I’ve had a few sessions with her before, and every time I’ve noticed a real difference in my hair growth afterwards. She always seems very thorough and knowledgeable when carrying out the treatment. However, I did have some concerns regarding my bikini treatments. During my last three sessions, I was treated by a different technician, whom I’d rather not name. I noticed that the treatments felt very different compared to my previous sessions with Melissa and another technician. I barely felt anything during the laser treatment, didn’t experience the usual after-effects, and noticed very little improvement in my hair growth or thickness. At first, I assumed this was normal, but after three similar experiences, I started to question whether the treatment was being carried out at the appropriate settings. During my recent leg appointment, I asked Melissa why the treatments felt so different depending on who was performing them. She kindly took the time to explain how the laser settings work, which helped me better understand my concerns. I then spoke to the manager, as I was disappointed that I’d completed my bikini sessions without seeing the results I’d expected, especially compared to the progress I’d noticed with other technicians. What really impressed me was how the clinic handled the situation. The manager listened to my concerns and kindly offered me two complimentary sessions. I genuinely wasn’t expecting anything for free! I simply wanted to understand whether what I’d experienced was normal or whether something might have been done differently during those sessions. I was really grateful for this gesture, and it made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously and that the clinic genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Despite this experience, I would absolutely recommend Thérapie Clinic. Since I started attending last year, the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and willing to resolve any questions or concerns I’ve had. A special thank you to Melissa for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent care, and to the manager for handling my concerns so positively. It’s lovely to feel listened to and valued as a customer! ❤️

I’ve now completed 10 laser hair-removal sessions at Therapie, and Becky, who carried out my final appointment, was by far the best. She really listened to me, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly thorough. I felt confident that she hadn’t missed a single spot. I only wish I’d had Becky for all 10 sessions! I would highly recommend her.
