Had my face laser session today with Alisha K. and she was lovely! So welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made me feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend her! ❤️

Danielle was fantastic, she confirmed my treatments booked as I had got a little confused. She asked questions about how I would like my treatment...explained the treatment and the sensations I was about to feel. Danielle spoke softly and was very knowledgeable she the then explained my aftercare at which point I realised this had not been explained fully on my first vist. Danielle explained my post treatment products which she helped me to purchase and she booked in my next session...perfect!! It is was a lovely experience today which made me feel relaxed...thank you Danielle 😊

I was seen by Mariam (apologies if I have the name incorrect!) She wasn't my usual therapist so I did get a little bit worried but she really made me feel at ease! She was professional, made me feel super comfortable so much so, that, I have booked my next session with her! This was my 4th session for full body laser hair removal. Mariam was thorough, so kind and gentle and just really knowledgeable about the whole process. This clinic is just brilliant! You feel welcome from the time you walk in. All staff from the point of contact at reception are so welcoming and make you feel instantly at ease with their friendly and smiley approach. Thank you!

A special mention to my therapist Shannon,who is absolutely lovely and genuinely the best. She is so friendly, welcoming and chatty, and always keeps me engaged throughout the treatment, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxed and enjoyable. Laser treatments can sometimes be uncomfortable, but she knows exactly how to calm me down and make me feel at ease whenever I feel any discomfort. She is very attentive, patient and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a good experience. I always feel comfortable and in good hands with her. She’s a credit to the team, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering laser treatment. ❤️
