Lovely and professional staff, super clean clinic, and really helpful with do's and don'ts after treatment! Highly recommend.

I came in on Saturday and despite the clinic being short staffed Sophia was excellent at helping me to learn more about laser hair removal and working the front desk at the same time! She was so kind and welcoming and stayed professional even though there were 2 women were being rude to her face! I can’t wait to have my laser done next week and be hair free by next summer!!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Nana enough! She is so lovely, patient and genuinely makes me feel comfortable every time I go for my appointment. I was quite nervous at first, but she made the whole experience so easy and never made me feel awkward or rushed. And the results have been AMAZING! I’ve had almost no hair growth since my very first appointment, which I honestly didn’t expect so quickly. I’m so happy with the results so far and really look forward to my appointments with Nana. She’s brilliant at what she does and I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering laser treatment! ❤️

Had a laser session with Lauren today, she was super professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable, walking me through the process. In general, I had a great experience with the St Albans clinic for my past 3 sessions and the girls working there are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, in comparison to London locations where I found that it can feel slightly more rushed at times.

All of the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Natalie and Lauren, who did my laser hair removal, were kind, patient and very thorough in making sure they did a great job. I would recommend this Therapie Clinic to anyone.
