I had my first laser hair removal session today with Jade. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout, always checking in with me to see if the setting was appropriate. Jade has a very professional and caring attitude which made my experience much better! Thank you ☺️🤍

I felt comfortable, the doctor providing my treatment was quick and confident which expressed to me that she was experienced and that I was in safe hands. The treatment was pain free (I like the feeling of the Botox needle punching my forehead!) and the subscription is a fantastic way to keep on top of my anti-wrinkle treatments and I don’t have to think about the cost as the monthly payment is affordable.

I genuinely can’t recommend Cindy enough! She is such a sweet, down to earth person with such a lovely character. She’s incredibly warm, welcoming and easy to talk to, and somehow always manages to make every appointment feel so comfortable and enjoyable. She is also genuinely so funny I always look forward to our chats and leave my appointments having had a good laugh 😂. What I appreciate most about Cindy is that she’s not only lovely as a person, but also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She always takes the time to explain things properly, answer any questions I have and share helpful advice based on her knowledge and experience. I’ve learnt so much from the advice she’s given me during my appointments, and I really appreciate how honest and reassuring she is. You can tell that Cindy genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to get the best possible results, rather than making the appointment feel rushed or impersonal. Her kindness, professionalism, knowledge and personality really make such a difference. She is honestly an absolute gem and a huge credit to Thérapie Clinic! 🤍

All of the staff I’ve encountered throughout my laser journey have been incredibly caring, kind and compassionate, and I’ve always felt well looked after. I’m so happy with my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal! ✨❤️
