How often can I get treatments?

You are eligible for one treatment every four months, up to a maximum of three in the subscription year.

How do I book my treatments?

If a subscription payment fails, Thérapie Clinic will retry payment and notify you. You have 9 calendar days to resolve the issue. Continued non-payment can lead to suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time by giving 60 days’ written notice to subscriptions@therapieclinic.com. Monthly fees continue during this notice period, and you can still redeem eligible treatments.

What if I cancel within the first year?

If you cancel within the first 12 months, any treatments you’ve already received in that subscription year will be charged at the full standard price (RRP) and must be paid at cancellation.
