Your loyalty credit will show beside Refer a Friend.On the Therapie Clinic AppOn the Home page, your loyalty credit will show just under your name. On the Profile page, your loyalty credit will show beside Refer a Friend.

Can I change my course or treatment from ROI to UK and vice versa?

You can do a once off transfer of your course or treatment to/from ROI or UK.To do this, you will need to register your account on the region you wish to transfer to and then email hello@therapieclinic.com to request the transfer. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the transfer to be completed.To note: Transfers can only be done once, and you cannot receive treatment concurrently in both regions from the same course.
